2. Processing of your personal data
Subject matter of our data processing are your contact details as well as, if applicable, other personal data required for the provision of our services or our communication with you.

Please, be aware, that if you choose not to provide us with your personal data, we are unable to perform the contractual relationship and/or cannot fulfil communication purposes.

If you have not provided us with your personal data yourself, we either received such data from our clients, business partners, service providers or cooperation partners for which you act as representative or employee, as the case may be, or via which you are being invited to our events, or we collected the data from publicly available sources, including, without limitation, company websites, booklets, event lists of participants or industry directories.

We process your personal data to the extent that this is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Legal Stratagency GmbH in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
3. Confidentiality and erasure of your personal data
Each of our employees as well as all staff members of third-party service providers who have access to personal data are obliged to treat such data confidentially.

We will delete your personal data after termination of our contract or service relationship or our contact if the storage is not necessary for the fulfilment of our (post) contractual obligations or the legitimate interests cited in this data protection notice anymore and if there are no statutory retention obligations. If there are statutory retention obligations we will restrict the processing of the data.

4. Processing of personal data when visiting the website
When you visit our website, we collect the data that is technically necessary to display that website to you. This involves personal data, which is transmitted automatically by your browser to our server, including: the type and version of your browser, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the hostname of the accessing computer, the time of the server inquiry and the IP address (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

In this process we receive support from our technical service providers who may, under circumstances, have access to this data.

The aforementioned data is recorded and used for the purpose of defending against illegal use or attempts to attack our web server (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This data is not used by us to create user profiles. You can object, at any time, to the use of your personal data for this purpose, with effect for the future.

5. Registration and contact forms
To register to our events, to receive newsletters and to deal with your request, we process your personal data provided by you in our registration, subscription and contact forms. These forms are only meant for people aged 18 and over.

The legal basis for such processing is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We are supported in the management of our contact form by our IT service providers who may, under circumstances, have access to this data. The duration of storage depends on the contents of your request, which basically means that the data can only be deleted once the respective purpose for which you contacted us has been fulfilled. To the extent that the data is subject to statutory retention requirements, it will be stored for the duration of the prescribed statutory retention period.

Please, noter, that without providing the data that is necessary to allow us to get in touch with you and to understand and deal with your request, it will not be possible to deal with your request. The provision of further data is optional.

You can revoke your consent for the processing of the data provided at any time, with effect for the future.

6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, the fulfilment of which must be assessed on a case-by-case basis, you have the right to receive information about your personal data, to require rectification or erasure of your personal data or the restriction of the processing and to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability). You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

To the extent that we process your personal data in order to inform you about our advisory services and current developments to the extent this is relevant for your business activity, you can object to a processing of your personal data at any given time and without stating any reasons.

Further, you have the right to submit complaints with a data protection supervisory authority.
